Return Policy
Parts returned for exchange or refund must be in resalable condition. No returns for refund after 15 days. No refunds on electrical parts opened or out of their original package or used. All refunds are subject to a minmum 20% restocking fee and returned freight unless the reason for the refund or return is our fault. No return or exchange on any part installed or used. Call for a return authorization number before shipping anything back. Some parts may be warranted by the manufacturer and have to be shipped directly to them.

All race parts are sold "AS IS" and with all faults. there is NO WARRANTY EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Rocket Chassis, DBA Mark Richards Racing, Inc. will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of these products. RACING IS A DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. The user shall determine the suitability and safety of the product for its intended use and the user assumes all responsibility and risk in connection therewith.
